# I forgot my password. How do I change my password?

If you forgot your password to the [account portal](https://myaccount.lime.co/login)or the [Lime Trader trading terminal](https://tx.lime.co/), just click on “[Forgot Password](https://auth.lime.co/password/reset)” and enter your email or username. A new temporary password will be generated and sent to your email address. If you are still experiencing issues logging in, email support@lime.co.
