# What happens if I am flagged as a pattern day trader?

Once you are flagged as a pattern day trader, this designation cannot be reversed. From this point forward, you cannot enter any day trades while your account is below the minimum requirements for a day trader. If you would like to continue day trading, you must submit the Day Trading Agreement. Lime Trading offers a one-time forgiveness, where you may submit a Change of Strategy in order to revert to a regular margin account. Your Lime Trader platform also provides day trading count information.
